Though many people don’t know about what’s called as craftsman style interiors, but we can see that many houses use this style of interiors because in fact this style can have many variations. It even can combine with modern home people build nowadays.

Craftsman style is dominated by wood material and wooden color, but doesn’t mean that your room can’t be colorful, because this style can also combined with many colors of decorations.

The advantage of the wooden craftsman style interiors is that it can be placed everywhere on any room in the house. For example, you can put it into your door, cupboard, table, or even your bathroom sink.

In the entrance of your house, you can use wooden door for the entrance and to your shoe racks. You can also use this style by using dark colored wood stairs with carpet and bookshelves beside the fireplace with glass door that give a very classical touch.

In the kitchen you can use it for your wooden island ideas and counters, combined with black tops and wood flooring with similar color. You can also combine them with white cabinets and tile backsplash.

On the bathroom, you can have a modern twist by using white bathtub and half white tiles, half blue concrete wall. If you think it will be boring to use all wood furniture, you can give a touch of other material with glass or leather, like a leather sofa with glass table.

To prevent the boredom because of so many wood furniture and brown color, you can add some decorations. The most used decorations are potted plants that can be vary from size and can be placed whether it’s on a counter in the kitchen or on the floor in your living room.
